Terms and Conditions

The Bristol Early Years Teaching School Alliance (BEYTC) has a wealth of expertise in delivering high quality continued professional learning and development both locally and nationally for leaders, teachers and practitioners in EYs Settings and Primary Schools who work in the Early Years Foundation Stage.

All our training, both in-person and online, involves an element of self-reflection and/or practitioner research and requires active engagement.

Feedback from all our courses indicates a high level of satisfaction with the learning experiences we provide.

Certificates of Attendance can be provided for courses if requested and on completion of evaluation forms.

Learning will be linked to the Bristol Standard self-evaluation tool where appropriate.

For in-person courses refreshments and materials will be provided, but attendees are asked to bring their own lunch or access local cafe’s during the lunch break. Opportunities to explore our setting can be arranged.

For online courses joining instructions will be sent out a few days before the course date. We ask attendees to follow our online protocols. We do not currently record sessions, however should we wish to do so this will be made clear and consent sought.

Full payment is required with booking which secures a place on the chosen courses. Booking confirmations are sent via e-mail. It is a good idea to make a note of your online log-in details.

All cancellations must be made by email at least 2 weeks before the start of the course to obtain a full refund, less a £10 admin charge.

No refund will be given if cancellation is made less than 2 weeks before the start of the course or for failure to attend.

If you have booked on behalf of someone else, it is your responsibility to inform them of these terms and conditions.

We look forward to welcoming you to the Bristol Early Years Teaching Alliance.
