Recruiting Now! We are looking for trainees who share our passion for Early Years education.

Teaching in the Early Years is complex as young children need experiences and provisions that support their development as well as their learning.

The Bristol Early Years Teaching Hub (BEYTH) and the Cabot Learning Federation SCITT have a well-established track record in Initial Teacher Education (ITT) for the Early Years 3-7 years.  Read more here.

This is a school-based route, complemented by a series of training days provided by the Bristol Early Years Teaching Hub (BEYTH) and Cabot Learning Federation (CLF).

Read more here about what makes this course unique and specific to the Early Years.

I specifically chose an Early Years course because I have worked in various Early Years settings and have loved my experience supporting children to grow and develop. Early Years children make so much progress every day!

I am absolutely loving everything! I really enjoy that this route into teaching is 80% school based, I love being in school, being part of that team, meeting new professionals and children along the way. This is really shaping me as an Early Years teacher. Also, I love our CPD training days! it is the perfect balance from being in school learning from my mentor to developing my professional development in all areas.
